1. Service Description
The HAI Gateway platform provides AI model API proxy services, allowing users to access model endpoints from multiple AI providers through our platform.
As a technical service provider, we are not responsible for the content generated by AI models. Users are responsible for their use of AI-generated content.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must keep their Access Tokens secure and must not share them with others or publish them publicly
- Users must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities
- Users must not attempt to attack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the platform
- Users must comply with the usage policies and terms of service of each AI provider
3. Billing & Refunds
The platform operates on a prepaid model — users must add funds before use.
API call fees are calculated based on actual usage. For model-specific pricing, please refer to the "Model Pricing" page.
Account balances are eligible for refunds, though processing fees may be deducted. Please contact support for details.
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide stable services but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Service interruptions caused by upstream provider outages, network issues, or system maintenance will be resolved as quickly as possible, but we do not assume liability for compensation.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users in advance.
5. Privacy Protection
We respect user privacy and will not use API request content for training or any other purposes.
We may collect necessary log information for service optimization and troubleshooting. Such information will be kept strictly confidential.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
